FAQ & new students.
I've never done yoga. Where do I start?
Right here, and you're so welcome. Our Beginners' Foundations series ($90 for 4 weeks) is designed exactly for you, or jump into any Slow Flow or Community class. Try the Practice Finder for a plan, and grab the New Student Intro — two weeks unlimited for $39.
I'm not flexible at all. Is that okay?
More than okay — it's the whole point. You don't need to be flexible to do yoga; you do yoga to become more flexible (and calm, and strong). Our teachers offer options for every body, and there are no mirrors to compare yourself in.
What should I bring and wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, and water. We provide mats and all props, though you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. That's it — just show up.
How much does it cost?
Drop-in classes are $24, and new students get two weeks unlimited for $39. After that, Unlimited Monthly is $149 or a 10-class pack is $200. We also offer a donation-based community class — pay what you can.
Do I need to reserve a spot?
We recommend reserving your mat for popular classes so you're guaranteed a place, especially evenings and weekends. You can book online in seconds.
What's the vibe like?
Warm, unpretentious, and genuinely welcoming. No mirrors, no ego, no perfect poses — just breath, movement, and a community that's happy you're here, whatever your level.
Do you offer prenatal classes?
Yes — Devi's Prenatal Yoga offers safe, supportive movement and a lovely community for expecting mothers. If you have any medical concerns, we recommend checking with your doctor first.
